Students are required to analyze the competitive environment of an industry, conduct a market segmentation analysis, choose a target group, and analyze the positionings of brands in this industry.
St. 1) Choose any product in any industry for singles.

St. 2) Analyze the competitive environment of the market (1-2 slides).
St. 3) Conduct a consumer survey.
Develop a questionnaire (maximum 5 pages) and have a meeting with the professor.

St. 4) Segment the consumers and describe the profiles of each segment based on their needs, preferences.
St. 5) Describe the competitive positions of the brands and the focal brand's 4P mix.
St. 6) Discuss which brand is well positioned and which brand is not (one paragraph).
Submit the ppt, the survey questionnaire (website URL), and the data file on our cyber-campus (not directly to TA nor professor !) by one day before your presentation (10 PM).
